Kim Brown

Kim Brown is a Maine native; growing up in Portland; attending Catherine McAuley high school and USM. She started her real estate career over ten years ago with First Financial Mortgage as a residential mortgage broker. Since then she has broadened her knowledge to include commercial lending and property management. Kim owned a small property management business and is well versed in income producing properties.

Kim resides in Cumberland with her husband Jim and daughter Emily. Kim is an active Rotarian and is involved in local and national fundraising.

Developing long-term relationships both personal and professional is very important to Kim. Providing quality service and attention to detail is how she continues to build a strong referral base.
